Global Medical Networks International (GMN) has developed a technology to build patient-centric eHealth Networks (LifeOnKey^™) that allows all participants of the healthcare community (hospitals, clinics, HMO’s, healthcare related commercial companies, healthcare insurance companies, etc.) to separately and jointly participate in the network – to continuously build, update and enrich the patient’s medical record. In the kernel of this network, GMN has developed an “interoperability module”, which automatically and seamlessly collects all patient’s medical data, (independent of source and format), integrates the information and displays it through a secure patient information network, of which the display can be chosen by the patient and/or healthcare provider in a number of different ways: Internet, cell phone, PDA, disk on key, etc. LifeOnKey^™ provides enormous benefits to the patient, healthcare providers, researchers, and professional institutions enabling for easier management, quality of care of its patients, at the same time providing more “fact finding” information for decision making, research, and reduction of medical errors.
